- Education min. Bachelor Degree on Marketing Management/Economics with min.GPA 3, Preferably from a reputable university
- Experience min. 8 years in Sales Dept as Branch Manager/2 years as General Manager or National Manager
- Must having experience in Consumer Goods (FMCG)
- Good knowledge of local market & proven proficiency in business development
- Responsible to billing and credit control, branch administration & target achievement
- Posses insight, leadership skill, commitment in managing sales team in achieving targets
- Excellent communication and understanding of market dynamics and sales process
- Having capabilities in achieving sales target
- Placement: Surabaya-East Java
